Small Tools
The purpose is to read some scaffolds/contigs/segments from a genome sequence file in FASTA format. There are three different ways of entering your demand, as follows.
Option 1: Your need to input a scaffold/contig term and a start-end site if only a segment of a contig/scaffold is wanted. If the end site was not provided, the default end site was the end site of the contig/scaffold.
EC2KEGG is a command line tool and the purpose is to compare the differenceof metabolic pathways bewteen two species. The operation process is shown below.
Step 1: Data input
Your need to provide a EC number list (e.g. 3.4.22.B27) or a gene/protein ID list (e.g. CI_GC_1,CI_PRO_12) with newline characters separated. Note: EC numbers and gene/protein IDs should belong to the grass carp.
The tool works on the mutual conversion of IDs/Terms between GCGD and other databases (e.g. NCBI, Ensembl, ZFIN, Unipror/Swiss-Prot). Those IDs/Terms may be gene/protein ID from GCGD, or RNA nucleotide/protein accession number from NCBI, or Ensembl RNA/protein identifier from Ensembl or Gene ID from ZFIN and protein/gene accession number from Uniprot/Swiss-Prot. The operation process is shown below.
Step 1: Data input
Option 1: Please paste a ID/Term list with newline characters separated to the text box.
