Fish Spatial Expression Database

FishSED is a spatial expression database with fish as the research object. Zebrafish is the only species reported in related fields. FishSED provides online functions of transcriptome search and analysis, and provides different visualization services according to different sequencing technologies, which provides more abundant spatial expression information.

FishSED covers expression profile data of 56 datasets from 10 projects (10 articles). Sample types included embryos at all stages of development and several other tissues. The types of experiments covered include baseline, cancer, regeneration, etc.

The datasets covers 5 sequencing technologies, including Stereo-seq, Visium, ST, Geo-seq, Tomo-seq.

The bubble chart on the left shows the distribution of the zebrafish datasets in FishSED across timelines and tissues/organs. The color of the bubble indicates the sequencing technology of the dataset. The size of the bubble means the number of datasets.
The rectangular treemap on the right shows the source dataset ID information. Click on the rectangular area to switch to the next level. Click the ID link in the bottom rectangle to switch to the corresponding dataset detail page.
