Introduction :This module is based on the SNPEff software that enables users to predict the effects of genetic variation on genes and proteins in 35 fish species included in FishCODE.
Steps : The first step is to upload/paste the file in VCF format (Variant Call Format, a file format for storing genomic variation information). The second step is to select the task parameters for performing SNP annotation. The third step is to click the “Submit” button, and you can see the annotation results of the corresponding loci after about 4~5 minutes. It is worth noting that the tool will automatically detect the species corresponding to the user input file. for details, please see "Genome analysis" section in Help Module
1. [Required] Paste the file which like fasta file: Note: only supports fasta type file as in the example file. Please note that when entering multiple protein sequences, sequence names(>XXXXX) are not allowed to be repeated |

The email for receiving results:
Note: We will send the annotation results to your mail. If the SNPs that need to be annotated are less than 500, they will be displayed below. If the SNPS that need to be annotated are more than 500, the results will only be sent by mail.
